Owen Security Solutions has successfully completed the acquisition of Tight Security Systems of Ellijay, Georgia. 

Since 2000, Scott Bishop, Tight Security Systems owner and president, has grown his family-based business to nearly 600 residential and commercial customers serving Ellijay and northwest Georgia.

Justin Owen, president of Owen Security, said, “We were thrilled about this opportunity to not only acquire a customer base, but to gain a key team member as well — that was the bonus on top.”

Scott Bishop has joined the Owen team and will continue to support the Ellijay area. Owen went onto say, “As another family-run business, we were impressed with their reputation and dedication for quality installation and customer service.”

Bishop said, “When I started Tight Security in 2000 and grew the business to nearly 600 customers, I wasn’t ever considering selling the business. But recently, I met with Justin Owen, and his plans and leadership were impressive.
