Legrand unveiled its 30-in. Plastic Enclosure (ENP3050) designed to integrate wireless devices into traditional structured wiring installations without interference or compromising system performance. The enclosure is made with a sturdy, durable “wireless-friendly” ABS plastic that is transparent to RF signals.  It features a universal mounting grid to maximize compatibility with third-party products. It also has extra venting along the door for heat dissipation and staggered mounting tabs. The enclosure’s extruded cover adds 1.2 in. of depth for cable headroom and third-party device flexibility. The cover includes a metal hinge that attaches to the enclosure in seconds. The tapered design allows enclosures and covers to stack for efficient transportation and warehousing.
