Per Mar Security Services named Dale Richmond the 2017 Security Officer of the Year. The Security Officer of the Year award recognizes an individual who demonstrates superior performance throughout the year. 

Richmond demonstrated his outstanding performance in various ways. He made himself available to assist the covering of a variety of shifts and posts during an employee shortage. During this critical time, Richmond adjusted his personal schedule to fit the needs of the client, Per Mar reported, calling him a classic example of a team player. 

“Dale Richmond is a very talented and effective security officer,” said Brad Duffy, president of the security officer division. “Richmond is a key component to Per Mar’s success at our client’s location and deserves to receive the Security Officer of the Year award.”
