ESA is organizing a nationwide advocacy movement on May 2 to connect people with their federal elected officials. The organization said it will arm people with information on important legislative issues and facilitate meetings with their members of Congress at their district office. ESA is doing this to facilitate taking an active stance for the industry.

You can register for the event and contribute to conversations on career and technical education, school security and more.

Once you are registered, ESA will schedule appointments for you with your local officials and arm you with talking points on issues with the most impact to the industry.

By scheduling meetings while Congress is in a scheduled recess, ESA hopes to make it possible for more members to participate in the advocacy process by meeting with their elected officials and/or staff at their district office.

If you can’t make it on May 2, ESA will assist in facilitating meetings through the week of April 30 to May 4.
