The SECO-LARM Electromechanical Mortise Lockset provides security for almost any premises, including warehouses, businesses, schools, government buildings, and residences. It unlocks from the outside with a key and has two door levers which can individually be enabled or disabled. Should there be a need to re-key the lock, the device uses a standard lock cylinder for easy replacement. The SDM-113L-SQ installs easily in right- or left-handed doors, whether in- or out-swinging, and connects to most access control or alarm systems for remote entry, request-to-exit and door monitoring capabilities.
