Security hardware manufacturer Pacific Lock Company (PACLOCK), Valencia, Calif., announced a services partnership with Chicago-based marketing firm Drucker Group. PACLOCK aims to increase its marketing investment by focusing on the commercial security hardware market in the U.S., accelerating new product launches and, through Drucker Group, building strategic marketing support programs for its distributors and locksmith dealer partners.
With more than 20 years of commercial marketing experience in the security hardware industry, working for security manufacturers and distributors, the Drucker Group is a B2B marketing firm that specializes in building professional brands. The Drucker Group uses voice-of-customer research to help clients find unique ways to develop market strategies to grow their brands, engage their customers and support channel partners.
According to a press release, PACLOCK’s business strategy is to build a new kind of American lock company for a new generation of security professionals and locksmiths, with custom-engineered products and profit-enhancing solutions. The company’s padlock body manufacturing operations are located in the U.S. and produce hardened steel, brass and aluminum body padlocks in California. The PACLOCK-Drucker team will be responsible for the deployment and activation of marketing across the U.S., the expansion of its distribution footprint and the further development of the brand’s
customer base.
“We see tremendous opportunity to be a market leader in the commercial security channel,” said Gregory Waugh, president of PACLOCK. “We’re investing to produce the highest quality product possible right here in America and to better serve commercial customers who have been asking for a lot more support from the big players in this industry. It was time to bring the Drucker team aboard.”
