Doyle Security Systems Inc., a regional provider of residential and commercial security, fire and medical monitoring systems, announced a merger with ADG Security, a privately held company located in Hilton, N.Y. The merger will result in 1,800 new customers to be monitored by Doyle’s emergency response center located in Henrietta, N.Y. Four ADG Security employees will join Doyle Security at its headquarters in various roles, including ADG Security’s owner, Alan DesGrange.
