Tech startup TrackTik Software Inc., developer of a security workforce management solution for the security guard space, has been awarded a 2018 SaaS Award by San Diego-based APPEALIE.

The APPEALIE Awards — open to any SaaS application regardless of industry, product focus or market share — recognize innovative software apps that demonstrate excellence and outstanding customer satisfaction and success. Selected on the basis of customer feedback and data, the winning apps “make our lives easier, our work more efficient – and keep our businesses moving,” on any platform.

TrackTik — which gives organizations managing security guards worldwide the mobile and web-based tools to run leaner and more responsive automated operations — won the award in the SaaS Customer Success category. Evaluated by a judging panel of CEOs from companies such as Chargebee, OnPlan and SmarterQueue, the selection was made based on customer surveys, success stories and outcomes.

TrackTik’s 2018 SaaS award comes on the heels of three other notable achievements in 2018 — ranking No. 11 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list, being included on the LinkedIn list of Top 25 Startups in Canada and placing 36th on the Canadian Business 2018 Startup 50 ranking of Canada’s Top New Growth Companies.
