Per Mar Security Services has acquired Barone and Polk Burnett Security Systems (PBSS) from Iverify, expanding its presence in Nebraska and Wisconsin. The Barone and PBSS employees will be joining Per Mar. The PBSS business will fold into Per Mar’s existing Duluth and Eau Claire operations. Omaha will be a new location for Per Mar in electronic security. Mark Sandler, managing director of SPP Advisors LLC, represented Iverify in the transaction.
