Guardian Alarm has named Peter J. Stouffer as its new vice president of acquisitions. The Michigan-based company’s expansion efforts encompass security services, monitoring, fire, life safety, medical monitoring, access control and video monitoring services.

“Peter is passionate about creating a customer experience that helps our entire community feel safer and more protected,” said Tom Erhardt, president and COO, Guardian Alarm. “While we are experts at protecting physical spaces, we are most passionate about protecting what those physical spaces represent: families, businesses and communities. Stouffer brings more than three decades of sales and manufacturing leadership with organizations throughout Michigan. The Kettering University alum is active in the community serving as a member of the Vistage Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Group and serving as a STEM volunteer to promote science and engineering education, including First Robotics coaching.
