The Monitoring Association (TMA), in partnership with SDM, invite professional monitoring centers to enter the Excellence Awards competition for 2020. These awards recognize monitoring centers and their outstanding personnel who perform in the highest professional manner, demonstrating exceptional service to their customers and community. Awards are presented in each of the following four categories:
- Monitoring Center of the Year
- Monitoring Center Manager of the Year
- Monitoring Center Operator of the Year
- Monitoring Center Support Person of the Year
A panel of judges will review all submissions and select a winner for each award category. The finalists will be announced in May and the winners will be awarded at ESX 2020 in Nashville this June. The 2020 Monitoring Center of the Year will be featured in SDM. Individual award winners will receive recognition as part of the feature article, as well. The winner and runners-up will additionally be featured on the TMA website and in TMA Dispatch.
