The leadership of ESX announced today that the Electronic Security Expo (ESX) 2020, originally scheduled for June 9-12 in Nashville, Tenn., has been cancelled.
“Knowing how important ESX is for our community and the electronic security and life safety integration and monitoring professionals that rely on the event for best practice sharing and business advice, we held out hope we would be able to hold ESX in 2020,” the announcement, posted on the conference’s website, said. “We are unable to reschedule ESX in 2020 due to the unavailability of the venue during a time which makes sense for our attendees.”
The announcement added that leadership is exploring alternatives to deliver a portion of the scheduled ESX 2020 programming online. All paid ESX 2020 registrations, exhibitors fees and sponsorships will be credited to ESX 2021. They are currently working with hotel partners to automatically cancel reservations made in the official ESX 2020 housing block.
ESX 2021 will be held June 15-18, 2021, in Louisville, Ky. For more information, head to the conference’s website at www.esxweb.com/cancellation-information.
