DMP announced that its Dealer Admin and Tech APP provide live test status and detailed results to technicians, allowing for easier troubleshooting when conducting either a network or cell communication test. If a panel isn’t communicating to the monitoring center, technicians can pinpoint and manage the problem quickly and work more efficiently.

“As the panel launches each step of the communication test, you’ll be updated so you can tell exactly where it’s at in the test and when it passes,” says Duane Kugler, product manager of SecureCom Wireless Web Services. And if it fails, he adds, “You’ll be able to see exactly what the problem was and know where to start on troubleshooting the problem.”
