Performance Systems Integration (PSI) has acquired Basic Fire & Safety, a fire protection service provider based in Washington State that offers a variety of fire protection services including fire extinguisher part sales, inspections and more. 

PSI provides single source fire and life safety services to protect organizations' lives and assets in Oregon and Washington with its team of factory-trained and NICET-certified technicians.

Basic Fire & Safety is the third addition to the PSI platform, which acquired Advance Fire & Safety earlier in the year, and Fire King in 2017. PSI says it will continue to acquire more fire protection companies in the future in order to expand its geographical presence and pursue its mission to help protect lives and property.
