21st Century Distributing, a premier consumer electronics distributor serving the southeast and a PowerHouse Alliance member, announced the grand opening of its new location will be in Nashville on August 3. The new, larger location in the heart of the greater metro Nashville area replaces 21st Century’s existing warehouse in Smyrna, Tenn. It is more accessible to dealers and fully stocked with a broad selection of leading AV, networking, security and smart home products.
The new Nashville location includes an expansive showroom, training space and warehouse with 24-hour pick up. A one-stop self-shopping area features multiple demo spaces, including a state-of-the-art IC Realtime demo, plus more inventory than ever before. Keeping the safety of customers and staff top of mind, 21st Century Distributing is not currently allowing customers to enter any of its facilities. However, as an exception in celebration of Nashville’s grand opening, they are temporarily allowing dealers with no COVID-19 symptoms to enter the new facility (with masks, hand sanitizer and a temperature check) to experience it firsthand. 21st Century Distributing is also offering all Nashville customers special grand opening promotions and offers from top brands all month long, beginning on Monday, August 3. Dealers should keep an eye on their email for weekly grand opening promotion details.
To further protect its employees at all locations, 21st Century Distributing has implemented an all-staff mask mandate, daily and hourly sanitation practices and temperature checks, as well as strict restrictions on the number of personnel in high traffic spaces. Though customers cannot enter any of 21st Century Distributing’s other facilities, they are able to take advantage of curbside pick-up, delivery and free shipping on orders exceeding $350 (for most products).
“Opening the new Tennessee location has been a long time coming for us,” said 21st Century Distributing Tennessee Branch Manager Shawn Grimes. “We are excited to join the greater metro Nashville community because we are extremely accessible to our local customer base and their project sites. The new location has an expanded warehouse and self-shop space to accommodate our diverse line card. Overall, the move is a win-win for everyone.”
