Minuteman Security Technologies Inc. announced Sept. 18 that it has acquired Tampa, Fla.-based systems integrator Skynet Integrations.
With the acquisition of Skynet, Minuteman becomes Central Florida’s largest independent full-service providers of integrated security, communication and life safety systems.
