EyeQ Monitoring, a provider in video security solutions, announced today the completion of its acquisition of MDL autoMation.
MDL autoMation uses IoT and SaaS-based technologies for process improvement, automated customer recognition, vehicle tracking and monitoring, inventory management and personalized customer service and sales.
The acquisition offers auto dealers a comprehensive new choice for integrated asset tracking and monitoring, facility security and enhanced customer service solutions for their dealerships.

Integrating MDL’s current suite of software products for franchise dealers, Service Drive Concierge, Bloodhound Zonal tracking and Dispatch Master staff dispatching software with EyeQ’s complete suite of security solutions will offer franchise dealers a complete platform of various software solutions.
