Mountain Alarm has acquired CEI Alarm in Reno, Nev. The addition of CEI Alarm comes three months since Mountain Alarm’s acquisition of the largest alarm company in Reno Nev., Burgarello Alarm. This is their seventh acquisition in the last two years.

CEI Alarm was founded by Dave Sinclair in 1991. They are a full-service alarm integrator with more than a dozen team members and 2,000 monitored customers in Northern Nevada.

Established in 1952, Mountain Alarm is a third-generation family business with over 300 team members and more than 50,000 monitored customers. They have 14 offices serving Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. The company is focused on growing organically and through acquisition in the Intermountain West.
