B Safe Inc., a regional provider of security and fire alarms systems to Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, announced that the company has expanded with the acquisition of B&H Security in Union, N.J., adding approximately $200,000 in monthly recurring revenue.

Joining forces with B&H Security provides B Safe greater depth of coverage in the North Jersey region.

“B&H Security has been a strong commercial provider for over 30 years,” said Barry Epstein of Vertex Capital, which represented B&H Security in the transaction. “This acquisition gives B Safe a stronger presence in northern New Jersey, opening up tremendous opportunities for them.”

This acquisition was also facilitated by John Colehower of Mergers & Acquisitions.
