Allied Universal, a security and facility services company in North America, has made multiple appointments. The company appointed Mike Beregovsky as chief merger and acquisition officer and co-head of strategy & investor relations. Danette Perkins has been promoted to president of mergers & acquisitions for North America. Tim Brandt as the company’s global chief financial officer. Brandt will lead the financial operations of the company, and will focus on the upcoming acquisition and integration of G4S, and the eventual IPO of the newly consolidated company.
