ACRE, a security systems provider, announced that Don Joos will join the ACRE executive team as the company’s new CEO, effective May 23, 2022. 

ACRE, a security systems provider, announced that Founder and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Grillo is retiring, effective May 20, 2022.

These acquisitions bring cloud-based access control and video surveillance solutions to ACRE’s network of customers while also expanding its portfolio to support the demand for cloud-based security solutions. 

This is ACRE’s first acquisition since being acquired by Triton Partners in March. 

Triton, an investment firm based in Europe, has acquired ACRE, an end-to-end security solutions provider based in Dallas and Dublin, Ireland.
