ADS Security, a regional security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., acquired the customer accounts of Security Specialists in Lexington, S.C. 

ADS Security (ADS), a regional electronic security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, surpassed $4 million in recurring monthly revenue (RMR) earlier in 2018. 

ADS Security acquired the customer accounts of Delta Security Systems in Brownsville, Tenn., and Wilson Alarm Company in Hopkinsville, Ky. ADS has now closed six acquisitions in 2018.

 ADS Security is a successful oxymoron. The company has a unique ability to combine the stability of a traditional, nationally recognized security company with the freshness of a young company with trending offerings. The results are solid growth, raving fans, and a bright future.  

 ADS Security(ADS), has acquired customer accounts from Stewart Security Systemsin Shelbyville, Tenn. The acquisition adds nearly 600 accounts to their middle Tennessee customer base, one of ADS’ largest markets. This purchase is the fourth acquisition for ADS this year following the acquisition of a South Carolina security companyin April and two Alabama security companiesin March. 

This purchase comes shortly after the acquisition of two Alabama security companies in March and continues the company’s pursuit of growth across the Southeast.
