The board of directors of Securitas has resolved that the company will acquire its own series B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.

SES approved anti-terror technology or services protected under the SAFETY Act are designed to deter, detect and delay the threat of terrorist activity, and include installation and integration services for electronic security; perimeter intrusion detection; access control and video surveillance systems.

The new brand highlights the company’s approach to security and the impact of its technology. It includes the first major update of the Securitas logo since 1972.

The donations are in lieu of SES’ annual philanthropic effort as part of the Global Security Exchange (GSX) tradeshow where $2 is donated per booth visitor.
