B Safe Inc., a regional provider of security and fire alarms to Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, acquired substantially all the assets of Sure Guard Inc. in Paoli, Penn.
Perennial Software confirmed it has been acquired by EverCommerce, a company out of Denver with a number of field service management companies in its portfolio.
Broco Rankin acquired its long-time client Chamberlain Security. Founded in the early 1970’s, Chamberlain Security is a manufacturer of high security components designed to protect the contents of safes, filing cabinets and ATMs.

ADS Security (ADS), a regional electronic security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., has acquired the security accounts of RTC Secure, a division of Ringgold Telephone Company in Ringgold, Ga. This purchase is the first for ADS in 2018.

Headquartered in Renton, Wash., and in business for 55 years, ASG employs nearly 170 team members, including risk and security program consultants, advanced integration services, consulting and design engineers and a national program management team, as well as technicians and business development and project managers, who work from locations across the U.S.
Securitas, No. 4 on SDM’s Top Systems Integrators Report, has agreed to acquire the division Kratos Public Safety and Security, No. 5 on the Top Systems Integrators Report, from Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc. The purchase price is approximately $69 million on a cash and debt-free basis. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to Securitas earnings per share in 2018 and 2019, and accretive as of 2020.
Amazon has agreed to purchase video doorbell manufacturer Ring for $1 billion, according to Reuters, leading some to believe the online retail giant is poised to enter home security, if not also more easily enter homes to deliver packages.
