Eagle Eye Networks, a provider in cloud video surveillance, announced plans to open a new data center in Doha, Qatar, to meet growing customer demand in the region.  

Pye-Barker has made three acquisitions: Odyssey Fire Protection, headquartered in Wilmington, N.C.; Strickland Fire Protection, headquartered in Forestville, Md.; and Northwest Fire Suppression, headquartered in Beaverton, Ore.

The new brand will streamline Legrand's product offering by bringing the company's commercial and residential shading solutions together under one roof, providing dealers with a one-stop shop and greater access to new products.

Bosch Building Technologies plans to acquire Hoerburger AG, headquartered in Waltenhofen, Bavaria, Germany. Bosch and the owners of Hoerburger AG signed corresponding agreements at the end of 2021.
