Security-Net Inc., a network of leading security system integrators, announced the addition of its newest member, e.Norman Security Systems, Inc., a full-service systems integrator based out of Naperville, Ill.

Structure Works represents the seventh acquisition for CTSI since partnering with Wind Point in June of 2020.

Bosch Building Technologies plans to acquire Hoerburger AG, headquartered in Waltenhofen, Bavaria, Germany. Bosch and the owners of Hoerburger AG signed corresponding agreements at the end of 2021. 

The purchase will extend SWC’s services within the company’s middle Tennessee market, including the addition of 58 team members employed by ACT.
