Corbett Technology Solutions Inc. (CTSI), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, announced it has acquired Star Asset Security, a systems integrator and provider of monitoring and managed services across enterprise IT, cyber, and physical security infrastructure. 

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety announced it has acquired Yarnell Security Systems, a commercial and residential security service in central Pennsylvania.

Motorola Solutions announced it has acquired 911 Datamaster, Inc., a next generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) data solutions provider.
