Dunbar Security Solutions, a provider of integrated manned and electronic security solutions for commercial customers across the Mid-Atlantic region, has finalized a deal to acquire all assets of Integrity Systems Inc. to provide security system installation and service throughout the Washington, D.C., metro market.

CEDIA, the trade association for the home technology industry, has named Daryl Friedman as global president and CEO. He will assume the role on November 29, 2021.

Formerly known as the President’s Award, the Mel Mahler Award is presented at the discretion of the TMA president in recognition of outstanding contributions within their tenure.
