Pye-Barker acquired Koetter’s Texas locations in Austin, Corpus Christi, Belton, Houston, Longview, Lubbock and San Antonio. The Dallas office will remain under the Rabroker family ownership.
The new office marks Aiphone’s first location in the South, and fourth overall in North America. Aiphone currently has offices located in Cherry Hill, N.J., and Laval, Québec, Canada.
