Power Home Technologies celebrated 75,000 customers installed and their 10-year anniversary.  Out of the 75,000 installs, more than half of those customers have been installed since Power Home Technologies became a Monitronics authorized dealer in 2011.  

 Pakedge Device & Software, a manufacturer of networking equipment for A/V applications, is embarking on a major product tour July through September 2014 — with the company also exhibiting at the CEDIA EXPO in Denver, from September 10–13. SightLogix, Princeton, N.J., announced Frank De Fina, a security industry veteran with more than 30 years of leadership experience, joined the company as executive vice president of sales and marketing as of July 1, 2014. De Fina shared he was compelled to come out of retirement to join SightLogix based on his belief in the company as a "hidden gem” with enormous growth potential.  

United Central Control Inc. (UCC), a San Antonio-based company purchased the wholesale monitored accounts of Red Hawk Monitoring LLC, formerly Counterforce USA, and now a wholly owned subsidiary of Red Hawk Fire & Security LLC, out of Houston.

HID Global® announced at a ceremony and celebration event that its world headquarters and North American operations center in Austin has been LEED® Platinum certified and, according to the company, is the only industrial manufacturing facility in the state of Texas awarded this distinction.
