On March 18, U.S. President Donald Trump enacted H.R. 6201, known as “Phase 2,” which provides economic stimulus and relief to the American workforce impacted by COVID-19. 

For those working in monitoring call centers, the transition to working from home isn’t so easy.

The global smart home market is now predicted to total $101 billion in 2020, down from Omdia’s previous forecast of $120.6 billion. 

ISC West 2020, which was originally scheduled for March 17-20 but was postponed due to the coronavirus last week, is now taking place July 20-22.

The Digital Signage Expo, which was originally supposed to be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center March 31-April 3, will now be postponed until late summer/early fall due to the coronavirus.
