Yesterday evening I attended a really elegant event that HSM Electronic Protection Services, A Stanley Works Company, held at the Wynn Hotel & Casino’s Margaux ballroom for its customers.

More than 200 people attended “Rendezvous at the Wynn” and they were treated to some very special surprises. During the cocktail hour they were invited to have a photo taken with “Sean Connery,” a look-alike with a realistic accent to match, and his Bond girl! Dinner was sumptuous and beautifully presented in Wynn style, but that was just the start of a thrilling evening.

 

After dinner, guests moved to the enchanting veranda where they were indulged with cigars and cognacs while they waited their turn for a helicopter ride over Las Vegas! I had my turn, along with Heidi Fusaro of SDM’s sales staff, and four guests as we lifted off the air pad like a bird and hovered over the famous casino strip from the airport to the old downtown area. For many people it was their first experience in a helicopter and it was incredibly thrilling.

 

HSM itself received a special award during the evening from Honeywell Security’s John Lorenty, which recognized the 6th largest security provider in the United States, as a select partner in the market.
