Former NYPD computer crimes detective addresses the latest security concerns and cyber crime trends.
This year’s co-located ISC East and Infosecurity events will kick-off TODAY, September 11, 2007, with keynote speaker Anthony Reyes.

The former NYPD computer crimes detective, who now is president of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association and chairs the Education and Training Group for the National Institute of Justice’s Electronic Crime Partner Initiative, is well equipped to address professionals in all sectors of security.

Reyes is expected to provide a unique and exclusive perspective on today’s most pressing security concerns for all security professionals. Reyes’s 20 years combined experience in law enforcement and IT security sectors, stemming from his service with the NYPD, and as an alternative member of Governor George E. Pataki’s Cyber-Security Task Force, solidify his expertise and unique perspective. He also helped develop the cyber counterterrorism investigations training program and co-wrote Cyber Crime Investigation: Bridging the Gap between Security Professionals.

Currently, Reyes is in touch the security through his service as the Chief Executive Officer for the Arc Enterprises of New York, Inc. and he teaches at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

ISC East is the premier event for Northeast security professionals providing innovations and solutions. Infosecurity NY is one of the largest shows dedicated to information security.
