The National Training School’s Troubleshooting, Service and Maintenance course will be conducted next in St. Louis, Mo.; San Francisco; and Doraville, Ga. on July 13-14. This course is targeted to technicians, service and installation personnel, sales staff, code officials and business owners.
NTS instructors will be teaching the service, repair, testing, inspection and preventative maintenance aspects of electronic security systems. By honing this skill set, dealers and integrators can focus on service as a revenue stream.
In 14 hours of intensive instruction, this program provides an overview of the theory necessary to successfully troubleshoot, service and maintain intrusion, fire, video surveillance, and access control systems. The course concludes with a two-hour exam.
