Banner Solutions, a wholesaler of security opening hardware products — backed by private equity firm Tailwind Capital — has announced its acquisition of H.L. Flake Security Hardware, based in Houston.
ABLOY USA continues to bolster its distributor network and has reached an agreement with New York City-based Standard Wholesale Hardware to sell high security padlocks and cylinders and other supplies to locksmiths. Supplying the community since 1945, Standard Wholesale Hardware services the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
ABLOY USA has entered into a national distributor partnership with leading global distributor Anixter Inc. to expand brand awareness in the critical infrastructure market. The agreement means more attention from a wider audience for mechanical and electromechanical high security products such as the intelligent key system ABLOY PROTEC2 and PROTEC2 CLIQ.
