Motorola Solutions announced it has acquired Ava Security Limited, a provider of cloud-native video security and analytics, based in London, U.K.

Ava Security found that U.S. firms are avidly repurposing their existing video monitoring systems to support the “COVID safe” return to offices and workplaces across North America.

A new U.S. and Northern European market study by Ava Security reveals that COVID-19 has accelerated the demand for cloud-based services, including Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS).

Ava, a unified security company, today announced the completion of the merger between Jazz Networks, a cybersecurity insider threat detection and response company, and Vaion, an end-to-end video security provider. 

Jazz Networks, a cyber security insider threat detection and response company, and Vaion, an end-to-end video security provider, have merged to create a unified security provider under the name Ava.
