The Tampa, Fla. Metropolitan Area YMCA is in the midst of a multi-phase security system project that includes video surveillance, fire and intrusion upgrades, and a takeover of existing and new cameras by 3xLOGIC’s VIGIL video management system.
A Birmingham, U.K. university called in systems specialist Unison Integrated Technology after a major power-surge disabled more than 30 cameras in its aging system. The university needed to overhaul its dated suite of security cameras to prepare for expansions and better protect students and staff.
