Knightscope, an autonomous security robot manufacturer, has announced it will list on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol KSCP starting on Jan. 27.

Knightscope Inc., a developer of physical security solutions, announced it will offer up to $40 million of Class A common stock, with shares to be listed immediately following closing on the Nasdaq Global Market (NASDAQ) under the ticker symbol “KSCP.”
