The acquisition gives Alert 360 more than 20,000 accounts in the Southern California area, with branch operations in Los Angeles, Chatsworth, Corona and San Diego.
Alert 360's complaint against Vivint alleges “false and misleading sales practices on the doorsteps and in the homes of hundreds — if not thousands — of Alert 360 customers across the country.”
The combined company continues to focus on driving its business-to-business strategy by expanding its search for bulk portfolio acquisitions and dealer relationships in key markets across the nation.
When combined, the company will have pro forma revenue of more than $200 million, serve approximately 350,000 customers, and employ nearly 1,000 security professionals across the United States.
