Randy Ambrus, central station manager at Cooperative Response Center (CRC), Austin, Minn., is the winner of CSAA’s 2015 Central Station Excellence Award for Manager of the Year.
Ted Stoler, East Central Station manager and assistant vice president for Vector Security, Warrendale, Pa., is the winner of the 2013 CSAA Central Station Excellence Award for Manager of the Year. Stoler has 35 years of security experience under his belt, 19 of which have been spent at Vector.
Central station managers going to Las Vegas for the upcoming ISC West can also earn certification as trainers. The recently-revised SIA-APCO Central Station Operator Instructor (Train the Trainer) Course is scheduled for March 25-28 at the Tuscany Suites and Casino in Las Vegas, with additional sessions throughout the year.
ADS Security (ADS), Nashville, Tenn., promoted Christine Mudrak to central station manager. Previously central station quality control supervisor, Mudrak is now responsible for hiring, scheduling and training all central station employees, as well as overseeing the education of new ADS employees on central station procedures and policies. She will continue to supervise quality control in the central station and act as liaison between the central station and the company’s 14 branches. Mudrak was the first recipient of the CSAA Central Station Excellence Awards Operator of the Year award in 2006.
