Clare and NorthStar have announced a partnership bringing NorthStar’s affiliate program to all Clare security dealers. The program will offer dealers security funding options for Clare’s smart home and security platform, including Clare’s secure hub and all Clare encrypted intrusion sensors.
NorthStar, a provider of security and smartphone technology, recently announced that Qolsys products, including the IQ Panel 2 Plus, IQ Remote and encrypted PowerG and S-Line intrusion sensors, have been approved for dealers participating in its affiliate funding program.
NorthStar Alarm Services LLC, Orem, Utah, increased its credit facility to $80 million, doubling its facility since the company’s recapitalization 20 months ago, with Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and The Beekman Group.
NorthStar Alarm and its equity investors, The Beekman Group and The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., have announced the acquisition of certain assets from Vision Security, a residential alarm company listed at No. 47 overall on the SDM Top 100 List in 2014.
