The release of MAXPRO Cloud 3.0 from Honeywell Security offers flexible local and cloud storage with system monitoring that makes using hosted video even easier, according to the company.
Honeywell released the latest version of its hosted video system to provide companies with a greater range of options for storing their critical surveillance clips, which is important for businesses that must comply with stringent security regulations.
Honeywell was selected to overhaul the video surveillance system at Casino Niagara, one of the top tourism attractions in Canada’s Niagara Falls. The project includes retrofitting the existing surveillance network with IP video technology that will allow casino officials to use a single command and control center to view and remotely manage the systems at both Casino Niagara and its nearby sister facility, Fallsview Casino.
Honeywell released a high-definition video surveillance system ideal for small business owners. The entry-level system combines Honeywell’s MAXPRO NVR (network video recorder) XE with the latest additions to its line of low-cost Performance Series IP cameras, and helps ease the transition from analog to digital video for smaller companies such as retail and convenience stores, healthcare centers, and professional office buildings.
