Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America (No. 11 on SDM’s 2018 Top Systems Integrators Report, based on 2017 data), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dallas-based security integrator Securadyne Systems (No. 8 on SDM’s 2018 Top Systems Integrators Report, based on 2017 data). The deal is expected to close on April 15, 2019. This acquisition will combine a leading U.S. security services company with a world-class technology solutions provider, which will serve as a platform for providing technology-enabled security solutions on a global scale. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With its second acquisition since its founding in February, Carrollton, Texas-based Securadyne Systems instantly gained a strong foothold in the Northeast, which was an area where Securadyne had no real presence.
Securadyne Systems LLC and Pamlico Capital completed the acquisition of SecureNet Inc. The SecureNet acquisition is the first for Securadyne, a newly formed systems integration company founded by security industry veterans Carey Boethel and Ken Francis.
