Protection 1 announced that it has been awarded the Central Station Alarm Association’s (CSAA) elite CSAA Five Diamond Certification for its Irving, Tex., call center.

The certification recognizes that 100 percent of the company’s central station operators have achieved proficiency and earned certification by passing the CSAA Central Station On-Line Operator Training Course.
