Advanced Signal Corp. has moved to a newly renovated facility in Weymouth, improving its operational efficiency and service capabilities.

Malfy Alarm Founders Sarah and Philip Malfy will remain with American Alarm full-time to continue to serve and grow the company’s combined customer base across Cape Cod.

City leaders recently joined a ribbon-cutting celebration to mark the reopening of the 14,500 square-foot facility. 

The acquisition establishes Arlington, Mass.-based American Alarm’s first branch in Connecticut.

American Alarm and Communications announced today it has completed the acquisition of Eaglestar Security Inc. of Sutton, Mass. which provided security, access control, video and fire alarm services for 950 homes and businesses, primarily in Central Massachusetts.

 American Alarm and Communications, Arlington, Mass., has acquired First Stop Security’s installation, service and systems monitoring business. 

Returning to its Granite State roots, American Alarm and Communications has expanded and relocated its New Hampshire headquarters to a newly renovated 4,500 square-foot office and service center in Manchester.
