Public, private and independent schools in Vermont can apply for grants up to $25,000 to increase on-campus security.

Alarm Financial Services, Inc. (AFS) has secured a new credit facility of $10 million with The PrivateBank.

Interface Security Systems, ranked No. 40 on SDM's Top Systems Integrators Report, announced the completion of a refinancing for a new capital structure that will facilitate strategic growth and expansion, with substantial contributions of new growth equity capital of $125 million from SunTx Capital Partners and Prudential Capital Partners. 
 

NorthStar Home, a security and automation provider ranked No. 24 on the SDM 100, launched its Authorized Affiliate Funding Program. Through this new channel, NorthStar will fund qualified security and automation systems originated and installed by independent companies. 

Dallas/Fort Worth-based Fortress Security, a home and business security system installation provider, has secured new funding and investments worth up to $2 million to expand residential security systems and commercial security systems. This funding, the company said, will allow it to better serve its customers in service areas across Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston.
