Kwikset, a brand of ASSA ABLOY Americas Residential Division, has launched two new offerings: the Prava handleset and the Daylon storeroom function.

UNITE is particularly suited to various property types, including Class A high-rise urban and Class B garden-style suburban properties, according to the announcement.

The result of this integration is Kwik-Unlock, a feature that is exclusively available on FallCall Detect and FallCall Lite apps.

ASSA ABLOY will proceed with the divestment of Emtek and the Smart Residential business in the U.S. and Canada to Fortune Brands.
