The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) announced the keynote lineup for its 25th annual Business & Leadership Conference (BLC), which will be held on Feb. 28-March 2, 2023, at the Four Seasons Dallas at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas.
NSCA’s BLC has become the industry’s most notable platform for executive-level education and networking, according to the announcement. The event brings hundreds of executives together annually to share stories, learn from other leaders, and hear about new ways to embrace technology and motivate employees.
The announcement stated the upcoming BLC conference will occur at a time when integration companies need support more than ever amid a changing — and challenging — market.
BLC 2023 keynote topics and presenters include:
- Finding Focus in a World of Chaos by Dave Crenshaw
- Don’t Sell Yourself Short by Chuck Wilson and integration industry vets
- Cultures of Innovation by Tatyana Mamut
- Financial Leadership in 2023 & Beyond by Robert “Cujo” Teschner
- Leading with Courage and Confidence by Ivan Joseph
- The Secrets to Crushing Competition Regardless of Price by Ian Altman
- Economic Outlook 2023 and Beyond by Chris Kuehl
“BLC has always been about helping integration companies strategize for future success,” said NSCA CEO Chuck Wilson. “Turmoil is nothing new to the integration community—and neither is NSCA’s role in helping integrators through it. This event is one of the few places where integration leaders can discuss the industry’s distinct obstacles, and the 25th anniversary of BLC will be the perfect opportunity for the industry to come together to strategize for future success.”
