AMAG Technology has introduced AMAG Technology Professional Services. The new offering provides specialized technical resources and services to help channel partners and customers experience maximum performance and return on their security and technology investments, according the AMAG.

“While AMAG has had a professional service team for many years, we realized our integrators and customers would benefit from a more modern approach to helping meet their technical [IT and application] needs in the field,” said Jeff LeBlanc, vice president, client services, AMAG Technology.

LeBlanc continued, “Our team is passionate about helping our integrators and customers understand and use Symmetry to its full potential. It’s such a powerful solution, and users often only use part of it. We also provide a specialized service that sets us apart. Our passion combined with 50+ years of experience (with the whole team) can set our customers up for success.”

AMAG Technology Professional Services’ subject matter experts can help customers find ways to maximize their security technology, leveraging features and discovering workflows to streamline business operations and improve efficiencies throughout a security system and department, and the organization as a whole.

“Essentially, our goal is to become an extension of our integrator — to help them provide support where needed,” LeBlanc said. “We want them to think of us as an extension of their team. We can fill a need or gap for them, or provide expertise because we understand Symmetry inside and out. We work in lock-step with our integrators to provide the best service and support in the industry.”

The department can help organizations upgrade their operating systems and infrastructure, advise on technology strategy, perform health checks, provide system architecture and design assistance, and deliver field installation and support when needed. In addition, the department advises existing customers on Symmetry GUEST Visitor Management, Symmetry CONNECT Identity Management, and Managed Services.
