Security Partners, Lancaster, Pa., a UL/FM, CSAA Five Diamond monitoring center announced it fully integrated Bold Technologies’ Manitou automation software into its existing alarm automation platform to provide more efficiency, reliability, and enhanced capabilities for the members of its dealer network.
According to the company, the decision to infuse central station software from Bold Technologies allows Security Partners to better connect with its new acquisition, Response Center USA of San Antonio, Texas, while providing an even greater level of support products and services to its dealers and their customers.
“When we recently announced our acquisition of Response Center USA, we talked of how we would create one of the most advanced monitoring centers in America,” said Michael Bodnar, president of Security Partners. “With our implementation of the Bold Manitou platform, as well as many other initiatives underway, we are confident we are on the right path for achieving this goal.”
Bodnar said Security Partners made the investment of new central station software to provide stronger, more customized services to the company’s dealer network. “The Manitou software gives our dealers more flexibility, mobility and control of their account base than previously possible,” he said.
As Security Partners continues to grow and technologies evolve, Bodnar said, it is critical to have an internal system that is flexible and can easily expand. The company is now equipped with an easily-customizable system to accommodate its current growth without compromising its service and support commitment to its dealers, it said.
“When Security Partners was looking for a new solution for their business, Manitou became the clear choice due to its open architecture, wide portfolio of product integrations and unlimited expansion possibilities,” said Rod Coles, president and chief executive officer of Bold Technologies. “We’re very pleased to welcome Security Partners to ourManitou family, and we’re looking forward to a long-standing partnership based on our mutual commitment to innovation and leadership.”
